Plan, slots and billing

Wappuccino is bought and paid for in the GoHighLevel Marketplace. The plan gives you slots: one slot is one WhatsApp number.

How to buy

• Only in the GoHighLevel Marketplace: an account can buy its own plan, or the agency buys it and resells it to its accounts.
• You see and set prices and margin in GoHighLevel. The invoice comes from GoHighLevel.
• One plan includes 5 slots, that is 5 WhatsApp numbers.

Slots

• Each number you add takes a slot. Removing a number frees its slot.
• If all slots are taken, remove a number you do not need or ask your agency for another slot.

For agencies

In the agency view open Plan & Slots. Give each account a share of the plan's slots. An account cannot have fewer slots than the numbers it already uses. If an account also has a plan of its own, you see it marked.

If a payment fails

1. First you see a warning in the panel: everything still works.
2. If the payment is not fixed, numbers are paused: they do not send. The panel shows the date.
3. Later the numbers are disconnected.

Renew the plan in the GoHighLevel Marketplace: numbers stopped for payment start again by themselves.

Cancel

Uninstall the app from GoHighLevel: the numbers stop. To have your data deleted, write to info@squaddcrm.com (see the Privacy Policy).
